  • Business Development Manager

    Oasis ads media a division of aware ads inc is a performance marketing company specializing in Cost Per Acquisition CPA marketing

    We are currently looking for a full-time Business Development Manager to work out of our Toronto office.

    The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include:

    • Prospecting online for new advertising clients, as well as managing any assigned accounts and incoming leads.
    • Regularly managing your client base and relationship building through e-mail, phone, instant messaging and/or social media. You must be available to your advertisers 24/7, as our business is NOT a 9-5 business.
    • Recognizing new revenue opportunities with your advertiser base by regularly reviewing and recommending campaigns that match your advertiser’s specialty.
    • Negotiating payouts, budgets, and payment terms with advertisers.
    • Monitoring affiliate (traffic) performance to ensure campaign budgets are exhausted, and traffic is top quality.
    • Meet and exceed sales goals and targets.
    • Develop, maintain and manage an active pipeline of accounts across a variety of verticals.
    • Monitoring your account receivables on a daily basis to ensure payments are up to date.
    • Travel to tradeshows in the US and/or Europe.


    • Excellent knowledge of online software including the Microsoft Office suite. Familiarity with tracking system software (i.e. Hitpath, Direct Track, Cake, LinkTrust, HasOffers, etc.) is preferred but not required.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • The ability to multi-task and respond to questions/concerns in a timely manner.
    • Strong organizational skills, and the ability to be a dependable team player.
    • Outgoing personality, and the ability to work independently and efficiently without requiring micro-management.
    • Minimum one (1) year of online marketing or advertising experience preferred.
    • Minimum of one (1) year of inside sales experience preferred.
    • College or University degree in a related field.

    Compensation package consists of salary + commission. Benefits will be offered following a probationary period. Preference will be given to candidates with online marketing knowledge or experience.
